Tony Brennan is a director of Octoberstone, working across communications, publishing and digital projects.
Tony co-founded Octoberstone with Tommy Murphy in Derry in 1990. Beginning as a graphic design company, Octoberstone has evolved over more than 35 years to work across communications, publishing, digital development and project management.
Tony’s work involves bringing together the skills and resources needed to take projects from initial idea through development to delivery. This includes communications planning, graphic design, publishing, websites and digital platforms, content development and project management.
Over the years, Octoberstone has worked with businesses, educational institutions, charities, religious organisations and public sector bodies, developing practical communications that help organisations connect effectively with the people they serve.
Tony has particular experience working on long-term projects within the charitable and religious sectors. Octoberstone’s work includes the Pope John Paul II Award, where Tony is National Coordinator with responsibility for the ongoing development of the Award across Ireland and England, including supporting and developing training for Award Leaders and the JP2 Leaders Network.
Octoberstone also provides communications and pastoral development support to the Diocese of Derry, where Tony’s work includes parish leadership, adult faith development, communications and pastoral initiatives.
Alongside this work, Tony continues to manage digital and communications projects for Octoberstone clients, drawing on extensive experience in design, publishing, web development and online communications.
